✅ You’ll fill out a short form so we can get to know you and your goals.
✅ We will schedule a live video conference where you will virtually show us your workout space and the equipment you have. On this call, we will also help you nail down exactly when and how often you are willing to commit to your workouts.
✅ A couple of days later, a second video conference where we will give you your customized plan, assess your form on any exercises, answer your questions, and discuss how to track your progress.
✅ Thereafter, once a week, we will video conference for up to 30 min to assess your progress and make adjustments as needed.
✅ Macro/nutrition coaching is also available for an additional charge.
