✅ You’ll fill out a short form so we can get to know you and your goals.
✅ We will schedule a live video conference where you will virtually show us your workout space and the equipment you have. On this call, we will also help you nail down exactly when and how often you are willing to commit to your workouts.
✅ A couple of days later, a second video conference where we will give you your customized plan, assess your form on any exercises, answer your questions, and discuss how to track your progress.
✅ Thereafter, once a week, we will video conference for up to 30 min to assess your progress and make adjustments as needed.
✅ Macro/nutrition coaching is also available for an additional charge.

Who we are...

Wayne and Donetta Salter own Focused Fitness in Winterville, NC. Both have been active and enthusiastic about health and fitness their whole lives.

Wayne served in the Army, then was a personal trainer for 7 years in a box gym. After that, he became a police officer where he served on the SWAT team and assisted other officers with their rugged fitness training. Then in 2015, he decided to go back to his passion of training and helping people get fit, and opened the first indoor boot camp in the area. After COVID, instead of downsizing, they expanded with the addition of a personal training studio.

Donetta grew up staying active and being a cheerleader and playing sports. She spent 17 years working in a fitness facility, teaching classes specialized for kids and adolescents. As her time in the fitness world was closing, she spent the last few years as a certified personal trainer before completing her bachelor’s and master’s degree and becoming a Physical Educator for 11 years. She currently loves to stay active and workout with friends and family.
